Setup Package

For the client that needs assistance with ceremony and reception site set-up only on the day of the event.

• One pre-wedding meeting up to 2 hours to review all of the event arrangements and specifics
• Contact appropriate vendors for set-up and delivery times
• Reception and Ceremony site set-up and design coordination to include directing vendor deliveries, assist and supervise set-up and design, and coordinate on-site staff.
