Day of Services Package

For the client who needs assistance with the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception only.

• Three one-hour in person consultations
• Review all vendor contracts
• Contact and coordinate all wedding vendors two (2) weeks prior to event date and become main point of contact for all vendors
• Itinerary development for wedding party
• Rehearsal time to include up to one hour of service
• Day of ceremony direction to include set-up time, coordination, direction of vendor deliveries, distribute flowers to wedding party and family members, direct wedding processional and recessional, assistance with coordination of family members for photography
• Day of reception direction to include set-up, coordination of wedding vendors for delivery and set-up, coordinate on site staff and coordination of reception events
